Casino Point Dive Park Beautification & Restoration
Our primary project is the beautification and restoration of the Casino Point Dive Park. We're partnering with the Catalina Island Company and the City of Avalon to fund maintenance repairs and physical improvements, as well as the installation of amenities, site furnishings and other enhancements. We collaborate with Avalon Rotary Club in fundraising for this project through the Annual Avalon Harbor Underwater Cleanup.
House Of The Month
In an effort to encourage Avalon homeowners to keep our neighborhoods beautiful, we are relaunching the House Of The Month campaign. Each month, our community will select the house deserving most recognition for its beauty and that homeowner will be awarded discounts to local businesses.
